She is very good and helpful at what she does. I used her because she did a number of sales in the development where I live and she was highly recommended. She provided all the services that a realtor is supposed to do. I had a lot of questions about price and she handled a lot of negotiations about price. She also handled all the open houses and has them one or two times a week. Jana took care of all the paperwork and was very accommodating. I am housebound so she brought all the papers to me to sign; she made everything very easy for me. Jana was very well versed in all the rules and regulations for the San Francisco area. She did a good job with me and with other people in my building; everybody like her. She has a portfolio of very complimentary "thank you" letters from everybody that she has worked with; everyone is very pleased. Jana goes out of her way and does not have time lines; if you have a question and need her, she will be right with you no matter what time of day or night it is.
