The lender was not able to process our loan documents within the time frame we had planned. Mike and his staff fielded calls from our agent, the seller's agent, the title company and the lender. He and Brian helped to keep nerves calm during this time. His office continued to put pressure on the lender and we finally closed. Had he not persisted, the process would likely have taken much longer. His fee was the same as other brokers but he deserved every penny.
