She is wonderful and I'm very happy with her. I've used her services a number of times. She usually spends three or four hours. She does six rooms and two bathrooms. She is very willing to do something. I used to have her every two weeks but I only have her once a month now. And so, during that time, something might happen like somebody might spill something on the carpet or something and so I would ask Maria if she can do that instead. And I have a glass cabinet with dishes in it, non of which I use, but it gets dusty and so one time I asked Maria if she could do that. And usually what I say is, if that takes up some of the hours she's going to be here and she can't get everything else done, then it's okay. But she invariably gets everything else done; she squeezes them in or stays longer. The only thing is that her English is not great; she is Spanish speaking originally so there can sometimes be a communication problem. But I've never had any difficulty with it.

.One of the things I appreciate about Maria is she always comes in smiling. She is cheerful the whole time she is with me.
She will use the products I have and she will recommend other prducts she has found good. When I asked that she not use a product she will not use it.
She comes twice a month about 11am. I have not given her a key because I am always home when comes.She comes in with a cheerful voice and a smile. I tell her what area I would like her to start with, for example if am working in my office
I would want her to start in the living room. When she has finished I give her a check and confirm the next time. On the rare occasion I am not at home I leave a key in the mailbox and her check on the dining room table.
