Full disclosure - I purchased this San Francisco home as a TIC partner with Stephen so he had a vested interest in doing a good job. But that said, I had no idea at the time that he would be able to turn the scary-looking space into such a nice home. Everyone who comes over is totally impressed with the quality of the work, the attention to details, and the overall aesthetics and proportions of my home. As I say below, the best thing about Stephen (and I have seen him do this with other clients,) is that he really listened to what I wanted and to my opinions. He helped to guide me through material and color choices but when all was done, it really feels like I got the home that I wanted and then some.
