Window Service
The order was put on hold for I don?t know how long. The card number was put in wrong?it was not a good experience. It was a delayed experience but the contractors were really good.

Handyman Service
He is just a guy who hang out at Home Depot looking for work. I had to called and he came to see me in a couple week. I had a accidental hole on the wall that needed a quick fixation. He was good.

Appliance Sale
On a visit to Home Depot they suggested I talk with a contractor they work with. Angie's List does not allow mention of that contractor. Home Depot's failing is in not cooperating with my credit card company in a dispute with that contractor. Too bad - I'm a new homeowner with lots of work to do on the place. But then, there are other hardware stores. :-)

I called the manufacturer; they confirmed Home Depot has never even placed the order for the product I purchased! Home Depot told me that the manufacturer itself did not have any of this product! This is absolutely NOT TRUE!
