Very professional and thorough service.

The guy I hired to fix my leaky washer did a bad job and had to call Holda to come in. Holda came in and fixed the problem all within 5-10 mins. The other guy spent more than three hours.

When I called the service and described the problem, he asked a couple of questions and said he suspected he knew the problem. He asked me to send him the Model # info so that he could make sure to have the right part on hand.
He is actually booked 1 week or more in advance, but fit my problem in at the end of his day so that I wouldn't be stuck with an increasingly smelly problem.
Onsite, he was courteous but didn't dawdle, getting right to the repair. Once finished, he checked in with me to let me know exactly what had done. He helped me position the machine correctly in its rather exactly fitted closet, and gave me a brief lesson on how to access the water (oddly, placed BEHIND my appliance: Grr, builders!) safely. He pointed out the steps I'd need to follow and cautioned me about the razor sharp braces right behind the service panel.
Anyway: totally above and beyond the call of duty.

They did not fix it the first time so came back out a second time at no charge and then fixed it. The service charge was $75. The technician explained everything, took a lot of time and told me how to take better care of my washer. He also fixed a couple of other things, all for the $75 service charge and did not charge me any other labor. Then it leaked again and we realized there must be something else going on. He came back out, looked at it and did not charge me at all. He ordered the part, came back out and put the part in. He then charged me for the part and the labor but did not charge me an additional service call. So he was super nice, honest, reliable and conscientious. I will use him again in the future.

He was really good. I talked to him on the phone and when he came he diagnosed it and had the part for it. He was a good guy. I had another company come out and they wanted $70-80 just for the diagnosis and they wanted $270 to come back and do the repair. Holda knew what the problem was and got it fixed in 30-40 minutes. His price was $100 less than the other guy so I guess it was a fair price. He came out the day after I talked to him on the phone and he came when he said he would come. He was very professional. I think he only does washers and dryers.

I paid a minimum amount for the work done. The service guy replaced the part right there and even cleaned up inside the dryer. I was quite satisfied with what he did. He was very quick, prompt and came when he said he is going to come. I would use his services in the future too.

Mr. Holda took some time to identify the cause of the leak, since it could only be recreated by running a spin cycle with a full load. He provided a detailed estimate for the potential work, and suggested that it may not be worth the investment. Even though I chose not to do the follow-up work, I appreciated his care and attention to detail.

Wonderful. He was exactly on time, nice, explained things well to someone who has little to no technical ability, and put it all back together. It was great to have him do this work, and I felt relaxed and trusted him the whole time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of repair done--I learned some things I could do myself and felt confident that he was doing what needed doing. I have nothing but the highest praise for him. Maybe it was the time of year or my schedule, but I had to book a little bit in advance to get him. It was definitely worth it.

He did a great job on the dryer. He was very nice to my family as well. He was a little unprofessional though because he actually started talking to my wife about stuff that was not appropriate. He is not from this country, so maybe that s why he thought it was okay to talk about certain topics to my wife. It took him about 1 hour to do the work.

I contacted the person at Holda on a Saturday morning to come and repair our electric clothes dryer which was turning but not getting hot. Before even making the appointment, he suggested several things for me to try first to see if I could quickly get it working myself. When those didn't work, we made an appointment for 3pm. He arrived early! He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, had the parts in his truck, and was done within about 30 minutes. He had a couple of suggestions to avoid the problem in the future, and also cleaned out the junk from the back of the machine and replaced the exhaust duct (which is not easy to get to in our setup) at no additional charge. My only "complaint" is that he only does washers and dryers. I'd love to use him for our other large appliances!

He came the next day, took a few minutes for him to figure out what was wrong. He went and got part and returned to do repair. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
