I think Ho and Lacy do an excellent job of listening to what you are looking for and then offering a number of options to match those needs. We decided to have them design a nursery for us for our first child. We had no idea where to start but we knew that we wanted to make it special and cozy. Within a few, very efficiently run, meetings, Jackie had a lengthy list of options for everything we talked about. And there were times where we disagreed and asked for some other options than what she had provided and she was able to do that in a timely manner, with options that we loved. We made very few changes to the options originally provided for us because Jackie was able to capture our vision just through talking about things. She also was able to steer us away from luxury items that are advertised as for a nursery but things we really did not need. One of my favorite parts of this process, was that, other than the crib and changing toppers, all of the furniture we purchased is reusable in other rooms once our child gets a little older. I think this is a great way to help your clients feel like they are really being heard, while also providing them with ways to save money down the road.
