They got all of the permits and plans for me. They demolished about 1500 square feet and rebuild it from the floor up. They did all of the drywall and demolition removal. They put the new floor in and tiled the kitchen. They did double sheet rock in the ceilings. The did all of the lighting and electrical. They put all new doors in and added a sliding glass door into the backyard. They installed a deck and rebuilt a smaller roof on the upper unit. He has very good workmanship and quality with his work. He has a lot of tenacity to get the job done on time and his price was always right. I give them all A's.
