The plumbing work was great; it was the billing system that we had a problem with. It took them two months to send us a bill and then they charged us for two service calls instead of one. We did get the bill corrected, but I thought they could have been a little easier to deal with. We thought they did a good job fixing the problem though and we would use them again.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT WERE PROVIDED BY HETHERINGTON GENERAL-PLUMBING. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

EACH OF THE GENTLEMEN WHO CAME OUT WERE OVERWHELMINGLY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. I FIND THEIR ATTITUDE TO BE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.
