She did a lot of work to put my condo on the market and worked with me in developing a price point and a comprehensive two-week marketing plan and within seven days, I had nine offers! I am now in contract with a buyer and have a back up offer as well.
What impressed me the most was her knowledge of the market she was working in and how to get people attention to the property. Her negotiation skills were extremely impressive and she offered sound advice during the entire process.
