About us
We’ve been cleaning carpet since 1989. In 1995 we changed the company name and business model after reading research data by the EPA about carpet cleaning and its health effects. In response, we began offering a green and child safe cleaning process- one of the first to do so. We were ridiculed by some of our suppliers and competitors, now the try to imitate us. Our goal is to leave your carpet as chemical* free as possible. We believe in using the most powerful equipment available along with the safest natural cleaning agents available. In other words- we rely on the power of our equipment instead of harsh chemicals. Don’t worry if your carpet is extremely soiled. Most carpets will clean up just fine with our vegetable based cleaning agents, which we always use first. If needed, we have stronger cleaning agents available. We will be sure to rinse these cleaning agents out of your carpet in order to leave your carpet as chemical* free as possible. We use the scientifically proven superior cleaning process called hot water extraction. Many people wrongly refer to this as “Steam Cleaning.” HWE is the only method recommended by major carpet manufacturers. In fact, some companies that once advertised themselves as dry carpet cleaners are switching to the HWE method.

It was very easy to make an appointment with them -- even one for a Saturday as this was.
The cleaner called ahead about an hour before the scheduled time to say he was ready to come over any time, so I guess you could say he was more than punctual.
Everything went very well except that one of the hoses knocked off part of a door casing. We didn't even notice until after he'd left and then (it was pretty small) we just glued it back on ourselves.
The flat rug areas seemed inexpensive, but the stairs were $5 per step. Must be the labor.

Our unit is on the last floor and is a walk up. It took two men to carry up the portable unit.
$100 fee required for portable unit.
Service Technician, Duane was not informed of the "walk up" and had to call for assistance in carrying up the extremely heavy portable unit. Owner, John quickly came to assist. They helped me rotate the 11x11 cream colored area rug. Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning; I could still see a little gray color. John offered to clean again and unitized a stronger cleaning product which worked beautifully.
All rugs came out well and I am completely satisfied with their work. I would definitely hire them again.
