Absolutely the best I have ever seen, and at an astonishingly low price. On top of that, the owner and staff are super courteous, helpful, informative and just plain nice people to deal with. Very strongly recommend

Joseph Ng the manager was professional, knowledgeable, and generous. He realigned and secured the piece that was dragging, explored, diagnosed, and fixed the source of the exhaust smell, and even washed my windows and checked the oil level and tire pressure. He had my car for 1.5 hours, and only charged me for 30 minutes of labor. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and ensured all of my questions were answered. I am now a loyal customer of Hayes Auto Repair!

It went well. Joseph was easy to work with. He let me store my car in the shop with its broken window even before we had ironed out all the details because I didn't want to park it on the street. They didn't quite finish on time, but rented a car for me for the weekend they missed.

Service was done promptly and my RAV4 looked like new.

Hayes auto body was, by far, the most honest, courteous, and least expensive of the 3 auto body repair shops I had visited for a quote.  Even after mentioning that I would pay 'out-of-pocket' without going through insurance claims, the quotes from the other 2 shops came int at above $3k while Hayes auto quoted $1k.  I understand some of the difference revolved around removal of the rear quarter panel and rear bumper, but at over $2k .... so I've just opted to not remove the panel and bumper--to only paint over them.
Service was prompt, courteous, and car came back looking like new.  $1k was still very expensive for minor scratches but not as outrageous as 19th Ave body shop and another one I cannot recall.

Great service and responsiveness.  Excellent work.  Hard to comment on cost as it was covered by insurance.

Sideswiped the right side of the car. Brought my car to Joseph on a Thursday. He was busy so suggested I bring it back on Tuesday so I could get it back the following Friday. After getting out the dents and repainting  in the right passenger doors and rear panel, he also touched up some old scrapes on the bumper and then did the unexpected: an incredible job washing the inside and outside of the car til it looked practically new. The car was ready at precisely the moment he said it would be. 

The work was performed in accordance with the estimate and for the price quoted within a week.  Joe was great to deal with; very friendly and professional.

Looks like  new.  Excellent work and Joseph is a pleasure to do business with.

Joseph and his team are by far the most honest and reliable mechanics I have ever worked with. I go to Joseph for any and all needs for my auto maintenance. This time around I decided to have my car's paint touched up. My car is 11 years old with only 80k miles, so I plan to keep the car for some time to come. The body has lots of nicks and scratches. The interior door handle is separated from the door panel, and other very minor issues. Joseph gave me a good estimate. Shared with me ways to decrease the cost by providing options and fit me in on short notice. I will continue to use Hayes Auto for all my auto maintenance and repairs.

• Owner dealt with us professionally and politely.  Offered thorough info and cost options, and got the work done on time.  He even offered to drive us home when we first dropped off the car for repair, so he could test drive it with us in the vehicle to make sure he was hearing the same noise we identified as the problem.  We would use his services again.

Joseph was incredible to work with at Hayes. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car and exactly what it would take to help it pass the state emissions test. He went above and beyond to make this as affordable as possible (replaced one sensor at a time instead of all 4 at once) and even returned my car to me with a complimentary cleaning (inside and outside). I walked out of the shop and called 3 friends to make sure if they get their cars repaired anywhere, it should be at Hayes. Thanks!

Very good service

I've been taking my car to Hayes Auto for nearly twenty years. I was satisfied with this job as I have been for other for many years. I recommended them to my son, who has been going to them recently, and is also very happy with them. One of the reasons I like them is that when you go in with a reason or a complaint they explain what the problem is and don't pressure you into getting it fixed.

They were very nice and reasonably priced. The job looked great, and they even took out extra dents that we didn't even ask about. I was very happy because they didn't charge me for the extra work.

My car was towed in to them and they informed me that they did not specialize in Volvo's. They were very nice and ended putting on a part for free. I would use them in the future if I had a different car.

We arrived one day, and we were advised to go to the insurer's service to 'quote' the insurance coverage. Then we made an appt for the repair. We arrived on the appointed day and 3 days later it was done, all painted like nothing happened.
