They are not honoring their warranty. There are several things wrong with the house and we have asked them to honor the warranty and come fix the issues. They stated that the warranty expired and that is not the case. I believe they are not coming back out because the contractors that they used are no longer in business. Hawke is asking us to go back to the builder to have the repairs taken care of however the warranty is contrctual with Hawke not the builder.
