They are communicative and specific about the problems and always able to be reached. The price seemed a little steep, but I was on a deadline and needed it done. They were polite but a bit elitist. They had a little ''too cool for school'' attitude. I would use them again given the same situation, otherwise I'd shop around a bit more for a better price.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CAME IN AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY COMPUTER THE SAME DAY I CALLED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM OR MY COMPUTER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
