GREENWAY MAID

Cleaning team did a below average job with no attention to detail. The administrative end(phone) was professional and responsive. I have used other services where the cleaning team did a much, much, better job for the same price.

On time, good service.

Do: meet with your cleaning team and tell them what you expect. Do: call the office to complain if you are not happy. Don't: feel the need to leave a tip -- I know this sounds cheap, but the cost is already so high and they don't expect one, so don't get in the habit and the service will be more affordable.

Decent service for the past year. Nothing stolen, nothing broken, and they brought their own supplies. The price was a little high, so I was only able to get 1 hour service of service from a team of 2. I had a big 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit, but they never seemed to be able to get it fully cleaned. There were dust bunnies the size of real bunnies in my closet, and geez, can't the bedstands be dusted? Admittedly, I never called to complain, but I also never canceled the service.

I love Greenway Maid. They did a fantastic job every time. The only reason I'm not with them now is they are very expensive. But you pay for what you get with Greenway Maid service.

They sent three people out to do the job and they spent about 3 hours cleaning. They did a very good job. I did have to direct them on what areas I wanted cleaned though.

It was good a experience. I was impressed with the quality of the work and I will definitely be using them again because they were so friendly and very professional.

There is one person that does the work and she stays for 4 hours every two weeks. The house does look nice after she is done. The bathrooms are always spotless and she does not mind if I give her a special request like to clean out the refrigerator or something like that. She is very reliable as well.

I have used them two times now and it is like they have no work ethic. Both times that they came out, they did not complete the job. It was like I had to work side by side with them and they still did not do everything that I asked them to do. It was simple job and they did not pay any attention to detail. I tried to give them a second chance after they did a bad job the first time, but I will not be using them again.

UP TO THIS POINT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN ACCEPTABLE, BUT I THINK THAT AFTER A FEW MORE VISITS TO OUR HOME THEY WILL BECOME MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE EXPECTATIONS WE HAVE.
