Very well. first try was a bad fit , but the glass was recut at no cost.

They were excellent.

Two of the three front windows in our home had bullet holes and cracked, needing to be replaced. The two outer windows are "vents" opening to the balcony, and the middle is a very large fixed window.  We wanted to keep the original window frames and mahogany trim, yet update the old single-pane glass with modern double-pane windows.  Golden Gate Glass's estimator, Brian, helped plan how to re-mill the existing frames to accommodate the increase in the window thickness from 1/4" to 1".  He is very knowledgeable both about window technologies and the type of construction in our home.  It took two days for the Golden Gate Glass team to replace the three windows.  They worked efficiently and did a very professional job.   We are very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Golden Gate Glass and Mirrors for this type of work

After calling around, I called Golden Gate Glass & Mirror and was suddenly transported back to the world of customer service. GGG seems like a small family-run business from the old days.The lady on the phone was very helpful and asked the glass expert for the details (thickness, dimensions and price quote). The price was actually lower than their inexpensive quote when I dropped by to pick up a new custom cut piece. After so many "bummer" experiences elsewhere I am putting my faith and trust in these folks again with my "kitty-ripped"custom-sized screens!.

The worker did show up on time. It was strange though. He did not bring a glass cutter or the window sealing compound. My husband had to let him use ours, so that he would not have to go back to the office. He said someone had stolen them from his truck. The job was done very well though. I just thought him not having all the tools he needed to do the work was a little unprofessional.
