It went great. Vahid was very professional and flexible with our company considering we had to change the quantity of repairs several times. He picked up what needed to be repaired and took care of it in 1 day!!! I strongly recommend him.

The owner answered the phone immediately and sent a worker out within an
hour. The broken glass pane of a window was replaced. The work was
completed 2-3 hours after the phone call. Because the repair of the
window was on Sunday there was an extra charge ($50 more I think). The
worker was polite and efficient. Have had no problems with the window
since the repair.

Again Vahid is a nice guy, but he used the shittiest window possible.

Since it was not a security issue (backyard door rather than front), they presented for work on the day after I contacted the company. Service was prompt, thorough and professional.

Very professional but sometimes had trouble getting hold of them by phone; however they were always on time when we had an appointment and very professional.
All in all, I would recommend.
I thought the price was a little high but within reason. Truth be told, I did not shop around. I'm sure it was competitive.
Glass Club was local (I prefer local businesses), and had received and quot;Aand quot; grade from other users, so I just went with them.

Initial contact, purchase and installation all went very well. Would definitely use again. Price wasn't lowest but far from highest bid. Could have cleaned glass better prior to leaving, but had great tips that benefitted me.

Vahid and his assistant came twice to repair two sets of sliding doors -- mirrored closet doors and glass patio doors. Our house was built in 1907 and had much deferred maintenance and shifting when we bought it, so that nothing is quite square. By the time we got to these doors, they were so dysfunctional that we were dragging them open and shut. The rollers on the patio doors were completely rusted out and the doors were particularly hard to remove to inspect and repair. They took apart, reassembled, and adjusted both sets of doors, and replaced parts on the patio doors. Now, our kitchen is noticeably warmer because the patio door finally closes properly, and both sets of doors move very easily. The work occupied a number of hours, for which we felt the price was quite reasonable. We are planning a larger remodel, and will definitely call them again.

Vahid was excellent. He always answered my calls and was very flexible with the scheduling. He was on time for both the estimate appointment and the actual repair work appointment. He never promised more than he could do and was clear to point out potential problems that might arise, but delivered results that exceeded my expectations. On top of it all, he went beyond the statement of work to help me identify a leak not related to the work he was doing, took the frame out and recaulked to fix the leak, without charging me anything extra. I chose to work with Vahid because of the excellent recommendations here on AL. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

They were very prompt, efficient, responded appropriately and quickly. They were also friendly and personable.

Initial call was promptly returned and initial visit was quickly scheduled. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Received an estimate that evening. Work was scheduled within a week(the glass was special order). Workmanship was excellent and the workmen were considerate and very neat. I would absolutely recommend Glass Club and will use this contractor again.

I got a used hexagon shaped display glass case (6' tall, 3' wide) for $200.00. but, one of its shelves was missing, so I brought one of the remaining shelves and went around to ask for estimate. PaceGlass (San Mateo) wanted to charge me $120.00, more than half of what I paid for the whole case. When I went to Glass Club, he told me it would be $60 only, and it would be done in 2-3 days. Now I get my shelf and I am using my display case. Yesterday, I brought the owner another glass case. My miniature statue has a glass case surrounding it and the glass is cracked, so I want to replace the glass, but the glass is too thin and it will take a lot of time to make it. He thought the cost of he making the glass cases will be way too much and it is not worth it. He was very patient, explaining to me how the process needed to be done and it won't be simple. He kept searching any other solution for me. Eventually, he told me to go to "Tap Glass" shop in San Francisco and they may be able to make something close enough for me at a much cheaper price. I will try it next week. Remember, he works outside the shop a lot of times; make sure you call him in advance and set up the time to drop by the shop. Also, if you cannot find parking and you need to carry a big place for glass object, you can stop in front of his place, call him, he or his worker will come out pick up/drop off the glass from/into your car.

They came out within a few hours of my call on Monday (I told them the repair was not urgent as it was an interior door), gave me different options and estimates for each, and said the special-order glass would be in by the end of the week. On Thursday they called and performed the installation. They were prompt, professional, friendly and speedy. I will definitely be calling them again next time I need glass repair/installation.

Vahid, the proprietor came out with Victor, his assistant, on time. His price for replacing window ropes was significantly below prior estimates. He suggested that a number of window ropes which others said needed to be replaced, were perfectly adequate and we didn't really need to replace them. On three windows he urged us to replace the ropes now, which he and victor did. There was one wooden window frame which two other companies told us must be replaced. Vahid repaired the window frame so that it was sturdy, held the glass and was affordable. They were quick, friendly and on budget. We recommend them.

Vahid came to give an estimate and take measurements. The site wasn't ready for final measurements, so I gave him a deposit and called him a week later when the bathroom was completely finished. He came back out, took final measurements, and a few days later installed the mirror. Vahid is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend.

Everything went very well. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I called a few more places, then settled on The Glass Club. They came out to look at the job, gave a formal estimate (which was the final price) and took measurements. We both had schedules that made it hard to give a fixed date for installing the replacement panes, but they ended up coming before I even expected the job to be finished. Installation was quick and quiet. Everything was done very professionally. It was a very good experience.

They did what I asked and I am very pleased with the outcome. They have been helpful.

The two workers did a great job. It was quite involved and took over an hour.
