Garage Masters were terrific, answering the phone on a Sunday and coming out first thing Monday morning. Polite, efficient, timely. If we ever need to fix or replace our door, we'll definitely call them again.

He was great! Not only were they here within 3 hours of my call, but when he was done fixing my rollers, he tightened all of the screws and lubed the track. The garage door works better than ever!

Other repair people said we needed an entirely new garage door tjhat would cost $2,000, and the part that we needed was not available. Garage Masters arrived within one hour of our call, they had the part, installed it, and charged us $245. The garage door works perfectly. Very thorough, professional, timely and Garage Masters solved the problem.

They were good. They were very honest and ndash; they tell us exactly what we needed and what we don't need. They replaced the engine and check the garage door said it was in good condition. The price was reasonable.

The installer was smart, capable, and did it right the 1st time.

Called up for an appointment in the morning, they showed up right on time in the afternoon, promptly replaced the a rusted cable that broke, and the door is moving smoothly now.

Amazing service! The repairman arrived 15 minutes after I called. And he was so efficient at making the repairs - really impressive.

I feel they were fair with pricing, prompt, and feel they are really honest. Their service was good and I don't recall any problems at all. I did ask for an estimate for some other work and thought the pricing again was fair.

So easy to work with them

Edwin came by 10 minutes early - we had just finished eating lunch. He quickly went through the garage and made a plan for what needed to get done. Throughout he was quite efficient, and asked if we needed screws tightened or any other features added. He proceeded to get to work in tightening the screws holding up the garage door opener to the ceiling, including putting in new bracing, and adding additional screws for support, taking down the old opener and reinstalling the new one, and installing the digital opener and touchpad. He was done in about 1 1/4 hour, which I thought was pretty fast given the amount of work that needed to get done. Everything was done in the open and we could see every step of his work, and he was entirely open to explaining what he was doing at every step. It was an entirely pleasant experience and well worth the money we spent.

I probably could've done the job myself since it took him 5 minutes, but live and learn.; They were prompt and professional.

Once again, it went very well and I even recommended this company to my neighbor across the street who was having problems With their garage door.

We came home from dinner on New Years Eve and our garage door wouldn't open. Since it's the only way into the garage, that was a problem. Worse, we have a vacation planned starting on January 3, and needed to get the car into the garage to avoid street cleaning tickets while we're gone.
I tried to get the garage door open on the morning of the 1st. No luck. I called Garage Master late in the morning, expecting to have to leave a message, but hoping to get a call back on the morning of the second. To my surprise, they answered the phone. They were closed on the 1st (no surprise there) but scheduled an appointment for between 10 am and 11 am on the 2nd.
On the 2nd, I got a call around 9:15 am saying they could be at my house early. They arrived around 9:30, diagnosed the problem about 2 minutes later, estimated 45 minutes for the repair, and finished things up by 10 am (i.e. ahead of schedule).
Whole experience was awesome.
