I have used Future General for 3 major projects at my home. They were efficient, respectful and I was very happy with the results. Miguel is very knowledgeable and had some great ideas for enhancements to the work being done. He stands behind his work too. He returned over a year later at no cost to me to fix some paint that did not adhere to a walkway. Miguel and Future General have become my go-to people when I need any home repair work. Miguel and his crew performed various remodeling projects for us over the years. He is trustworthy and has over 20+ years of general contractor experience. Everything was done professionally and according to the bids and terms. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction were highlights throughout the projects.

Miguel Velasquez and his team were hired by us to do several jobs in our house - exterior and interior. The did a great job on renovating the front of our Victorian house. The house was in a terrible shape. Their job included a lof of prep work before painting, fixing drainage along the roof, exchanging windows moldings and building the roof above the entry door. They also did some painting inside the house and built an amazing storage space out of our previously unaccecssible attic. All of their work was very professional. The also made sure the place stayed clean while they were working. The price was very fair. Miguel is a very honest and trustworthy contractor and really easy to work with. I would recommend him for any type of remodeling or painting.

I cannot recommend the services of Adán Miguel Velazquez enough. In so many instances, he knew the right thing to do, and guided me in getting the best bathroom renovation possible that was within my budget, He's creative and has great ideas, but was also totally willing to go with my vision and install the things I chose. He's polite, neat, and easy to communicate with, in person and via text. Also, he works fast! My bathroom is beautiful now, and I am already in the process of hiring him for other jobs in my apartment. I told my neighbors about him and they have all hired him for other jobs as well, and been very pleased with his professionalism, pricing, and excellent work. I'm glad I trusted him and his crew with the work in our home.
