Removing the slate was much tougher than anticipated. And because of that, it couldn't be saved for later reuse. Freddy and his crew worked very hard to remove the slate and the underlying cement in order to expose the roof, which also had to be removed. All of this material was hauled away. The roofing crew did an excellent job providing me with a new flat roof after rebuilding some water-damaged structure. I have yet to replace the deck and am looking at alternatives to mortared stone. These guys work hard and quickly. Upside: great value for the money! I'd give him an A+ rating. Downside: he prefers to communicate by text, and I'm not of the texting generation. Also, getting him to respond takes a little follow-up. He's a busy guy!

Freddy was very punctual, he and his helpers worked fast. He always answered the phone when I called and , he even cleaned the skylights. He was very friendly and helpful and the paint job was excellent. I will call him for future handyman projects.

I do not even know where to begin with Freddy. He is not of this world. His work product is better than anything I have ever seen. He is methodical. The people he works with are equally as dedicated. They are respectful. They are all supremely talented. He takes his time, and doesn't step away from the project until it's perfect. And Freddy and his team go through extraordinary lengths to prep - my project was on the third floor, and paper was methodically placed all along my floors and stairs to ensure there was no damage hauling in and out the materials. But two weeks later, and my bathroom has totally be transformed! the plumbing is perfect. The tiling is equally exquisite. And the electrical work (wiring up a towel warmer) - wow!! beyond what I anticipated. I mean it's amazing. I feel like words can't do Freddy justice. You have to see what this amazing man is capable of. This is third time I have used him, and each time I have been blown away. Amazing amazing amazing!! He is busy for good reason, but if you're lucky enough to have Freddy Hernandez work with you, you will feel the same thrill and excitement when you see the finished project!

Freddy always picked up his phone when I called. He would come by soon after to give an estimate for the debris haul. He gave me very reasonable prices and worked rain or shine. He always left the area and public sidewalks clean. I highly recommend him for any of your construction needs.
