Frame-O-Rama

I am not an enthusiastic decorator. I am very hesitant to make choices but we needed custom mirrors created for a new home. We took our vague ideas and exact measurements over to the Polk Street store. Not only did Frame-o-rama recommend the perfect heavy wooden frames but, after the frames were created, they also took them to the glass store and had beveled mirrors inserted, provided the mounting screws on the frames and the wall mounting hardware as well. After such a positive experience we didn't hesitate to take our unmounted original art (chinese brush paintings on rice paper) for them to help us choose appropriate frames, mounting, etc. When those turned out perfectly, we took a rather funky collage from a beach vacation in to be freshly reframed. Again the staff helped make a good artistic choice and the final product was exciting to look at. There were all kinds of patrons and requests being taken care of while we were making up our minds. All were given courteous attention even when they decided they couldn't do their project right then. All their choices were carefully recorded and a copy given to the customer to facilitate their return visit. Great customer service!
