Quality of product is superior- all made out of Douglas fir and he installed top of the line solid brass hardware as well. The window's were like furniture in quality and perfectly suited our older home (while having modern features.). They were delivered un-primed since we were having our painter do this. Price was very, very fair. Vincent did business on a handshake and without deposit. He was backed up a bit but ultimately completed installation on a schedule that dovetailed with a major painting project that was ongoing.
There were a few problems with the installation, but they resolved issues completely almost immediately.
End result is beautiful windows installed that are a MASSIVE upgrade from the previous windows that were installed 10 years ago. Windows fit beautifully and there is a huge reduction in noise etc.
Hats off to Vincent and Patricia who handles the business end. Old world quality and service. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had called them and they came out looked at the work I was needing done and I really liked them. I had called him back twice after the estimate to tell them to go forward and that I would like for them to do the work and he has never replied to me.
