A representative came to my home and gave me a written estimate along with recommendations for needed parts replacements and restoration to some of the light fixtures, all of which they ordered for me. Once the parts arrived, the work commenced. The final bill came out to be less than the estimate because the work didn't take as long as estimated. The two-person team of Ren and Maria did an excellent and precise job on each of the chandeliers, using special solution, soft bristled toothbrushes and soft cloths...not the quicky spray & drip stuff. They paid precise attention to each crystal, chain, bowl, etc. They covered my floors and furniture with protective blankets and over the two-day work period, left the work area in perfect condition. I was and still am thrilled with the quality of service, and recommend this company without reservation. And I will call them again when the lights need cleaning!
