Description of Work: Remove existing front door, move threshold closer to street, and Install new front door; replace existing closet door in entryway with double doors; install new closet hanging rod 90 degrees from existing; install new door to garage; install new double pane glass windows throughout house (four floors); remove wall and french doors between dining room and kitchen; relocate dining room chandelier; install new fixtures, toilets, granite counter tops and floors in three bathrooms; install new granite facings and hearths for two fireplaces; remove four decks and install replacement decks with glass enclosures; raise ceiling in bedroom, together with raising of corresponding floor of outdoor deck above; remove sliding doors of closet; replace existing bathtub with jacuzzi; install two shower heads and granite walls and floor in master bathroom; move toilet two feet to the rear of double sinks by adjusting walls of dead space behind; install two automatically adjusting skylights.
