I really liked the person who came; he was really as his name, an expert. He did not promise all the stains to go out but he did tell me which stain will go out and explained why it would go and why it would not. He also explained to me how to maintain my carpet for longer time without stains. He gave me a product which he said I can buy. He explained to me how to do it; no rubbing. I could tell that he was really professional and really knew what he was talking about. I am very pleased and will use him again.

Answered our call and gave an estimate ($220 - lowered to $180 when he saw and measured the rugs) and set up appointment right away. Appeared on time. Explained everything beforehand. Gave a maximum price after seeing everything to be cleaned. Did the cleaning and took care that other things in the house were kept clean. Included on the spot a free cleaning of the 3x18 hallway carpet under the runner because it was nearly clean but needed a touchup. Left plastic booties so I wouldn't track dirt on the clean but still damp rugs.
Checked with me after the job to make sure I was happy. Cleaned up everything and left me a happy camper.
Second time using these folks and will use them again. Quick responsive fair and honest.

Called to discuss work and got a good explanation of how the job would go and how it would be priced - with minimum and maximum estimates. Cleaner (the owner and helper) showed on time and explained what to expect in advance. They worked quickly and did a thorough job. The result was good and, after the couch dried it was clearly cleaner. Saved having to buy another sofa-bed so the $200 was well spent. They were careful to avoid tracks in the house and put down a mat over all existing carpet leading to the work area.

.They were very detailed and worked very hard getting all the stains out of the rug. They really understood how to clean a carpet and what to use to removes stains. The price was very competitive because every other company I contacted wanted to take the carpet in to clean it instead of cleaning it at my home, and charge double for doing that.

They were great. They were nice and they did a good job. I liked them as they were competent.

Ofer explains everything in detail and gives his estimate. He does an excellent job. I have used him many times in the past. He provides information on carpet care and gives a bottle of carpet cleaner. He also provides plastic booties so that a person can walk on the wet carpet.

Ofer explained in detail everything he was going to do. He thoroughly explains all of the information about his (eco-friendly) products. He pre-treated my carpet and then steam cleaned them.
