I called Jeremy Everett in the morning, and he was at my house by 6:30 that evening, performing an inspection on the sewer lines. They offer state-of-the-art sewer inspection, using fiber-optic cameras and locating devices. He and his assistant (and wife, I think) Christine, explained everything, answered every question, and were generally friendly and fun to talk to. They were not intrusive, and worked quickly. Even though it wasn't part of the required services, they walked me through the local building and water code, explaining exactly how/why/where the house was and was not in compliance. They were very knowledgeable. And when they were done, they gave me a DVD copy of the video of my sewer lines!
