The project went well and Terry generally stayed on budget with the original scope which involved replacing 16 windows and propping up the sagging stairs to my porch.
Terry did encounter more extensive dry rot than we anticipated, but Terry communicated this to us quickly and suggested various alternatives that we could live with to deal with the extra cost.
He is creative also When we rebuilt our porch he suggested incorporating a design in our tile placement to match the existing inlay patter in our hardwood floors. It really ties the porch together with the rest of the house. I never would have thought of that.
I definitely plan on using Terry for my next project and have already referred him to several friends. He is honest, creative and dependable. A true craftsman.
