Had to bring the car back twice for them to redo the work they originally did. Car was leaking oil, never did before and car ran very rough. Also, they broke my air conditioning unit when they had t remove my dash and they wanted to charge me another $1000 for them to fix what they broke. Ended up getting it fixed for free but will never go there again.

They are personable, knowledgeable, very thorough. They are specialized in SAAB. They also sell used cars. There is a comfortable place to sit with free Wi-Fi.

They're an independent company. They know Saabs backwards and forwards. My experience with them has been excellent. They're not inexpensive, but they can fix it! And they're very honest.
