Elite Garage Door Repair

Excellent service. Good advice. Had item in stock in truck which was very convenient. Took away old unit which I appreciated highly. However you need to ask about what constitutes the price for a new unit since I was able to reduce it by excluding a couple items: exterior panel and surge protector which I could provide myself.

My experience with this company was great! my garage door didn't open and i called them and had to text them few pictures of the garage door. The person that i spoke to over the phone, saw the problem and she was able to give me estimate for the repair. She also was able to schedule me a meeting with the technician so he can come and fix it. 
The technician came on time and he already had the parts to replace. The work that he did took less than 2 hours and the garage door was back to work.

My garage door had a problem and I searched for companies to fix it. Adam from Elite Garage door, sent his person luis to come and check it. Luis came over within 3 hours and checked the garage. He determined the problem and went to bring some parts that he needed for my garage. The problem was fixed after an hour of work and it works great now.

My garage door got broken and I could not open it. I called several companies in hope that they can come over and fix it. When I called Elite garage door repair, the lady that answered the call was very nice and asked me if I can text her some pictures of the garage in hope that she will see what is the problem. After I texted her the pictures, She immediately noticed the problem and she was able to quote me with the price. She also gave me several options of prices due to the fact that the same part (springs) can be from different companies in which they all will last the same time. 
The following morning, the repair man came over and he already had the parts ready to be installed. 2 hours later and after few adjustments, the garage was fixed and I was very happy with this type of service! This was a great experience and i will use them in the future for any garage problem.

My garage stopped working and i was looking for a company that can just come and fix it without trying to sell me more things.
After my research online, i came across Elite garage door and i just called them to see what can be done. 
Over the phone i was asked some questions that based on the answers, Sam was able to provide me with some prices and quotes about the repair.
The price range of the repair looks reasonable to me so i told them to come over and fix it.
I had the feeling that this company is honest and straight to the point.
The following morning, Marcus came over and looked at the problem. He was able to fix it and the total price was even less than what they told me over the phone... So i liked it.

This company has good values and great customer service. The reason why I say that is because when I couldn't open my garage door, I called this company and I explained to them that I must have my garage fix ASAP. Sam was very nice to me and explained to me that she will do all she can to get me someone and that she will call me in few minutes to confirm that. 
Few minutes after, she called me again and told me that someone will be at my house shortly to see what the problem is and to try fix it.
Mario, the person that came over, checked the garage and noticed the problem. Luckily enough, he had springs in his car that he should install for another client. Mario worked for like an hour plus and fixed the garage. I was very happy and thanked him for that service.

These guys are great. My garage door was broken and ended up needing to be replaced entirely. Other companies I called didn't call me back or had long wait times, where these guys came out the next day. John was really nice, worked quickly and explained everything in and way I understood. He came back a few days later and dropped off an extra door opener as he had promised, and I was impressed he remembered. Definitely recommend these guys.

Our garage door cables got broken on one side and the garage couldn't open. We tried contact several companies to come over and fix it but no luck. We spoke to this company and we were happy to know that they had a technician in our area that could come over and check the garage. Within 2 hours, a person came over and looked at the garage. He was able to replace the broken cables and to fix the garage. 
This was a great service and fast. Thanks.

Elite garage door was able to send me a person that could look and fix the garage as no time. 
Juan came over the same afternoon and noticed that one of the cables that open the garage, got broken. He was able to fix it immediately because he had cables in his car. 2 hours after my garage was working and I?m happy that they could come over the same day and solved my problem.

The garage didn't work and i called this company to try and come over to fix it.
The company sent Juan to my house to look and fix the garage. Juan told me that the main card inside the motor is damaged and that he need to replace it. when i approved the repair, He called the office and ordered the card. 
The following morning, he came back and completed the repair.

Honest company to work with. They came over, looked at the problem and solved it. My garage had a problem when I had to open it. It used to be open slowly and sometimes got stock. 
Luis came over, checked and noticed that I need a stronger motor for the garage.
He worked in the garage till he completed the replacement and the garage is working well now.

The Garage didn't open at all and we looked for a company to come over and fix it.
Mario from Elite Garage door came over and was able to fix the garage door and to have it work again. Apperently the card of the garage motor got damaged.

Our garage door got damaged due to a hit by a car. We came across this company and after scheduled an appointment with them for the following day, our garage door was fixed.
Marcus the workers came over and after looking at the garage, he went and came back and hour later with the right parts.
His work took close to 3 hours and he replaced the damaged parts and install the new ones.
We are happy with this company and want to thank them for the great service.

We had a electrical issue at the house and the garage system stopped working. After spooking to several companies, we contacted this company and asked them to come by and see if they can fix the problem.
Daniel came over and checked the problem and recommended us to replace the motor due to lack of operation.
He tried to fix it, but claimed that it was not worth it and a new one will give us a warranty as well.
We approved the replacement and Daniel and his assistance, worked for approximately 1 hour and fixed the problem. this was great service and fast too.

by and fix it for me.
The technician came over and checked the garage and noticed a problem with the motor and railings. He then went and brought the parts and fixed my garage door. 
This was very fast service and hassle free (to my opinion).
 

i had a problem with my garage door during this weekend. called few companies and it was hard to schedule anything for the same day.
when i spoke to Jason, he said he will help me and find me someone that can come by to fix it.
after short time, i received a call from jason. he wanted to confirm that i still need a service for my garage.

My garage door was shutting half way then rolling back up. I called Jose on a Saturday afternoon at 3:00. Not only did he answer his phone but he came to my home in less than an hour - in between two other appointments. They were quick, knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 2 hours . I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone and will most definitely use them in the future. Jose is a class act all the way

The spring in the garage door got broken and therefor i couldn't open the garage door.
I called this company after getting their information from a friend that used them in the past.
Sam whom i spoke to, sent his employee to check the garage door after 2 hours.
when the technician came, he looked and saw the problem right away. he told me he can go to bring the same model and to install it immediately. 
he came back and installed the spring and my garage is working again.

Being a do-it-yourself-er, I generally tend to shy away from the hassle of having to call someone to my house to make repairs I could do myself. But when it comes to garage door springs, I'll go as far as adjusting them, but would rather leave the tedium of changing them out properly to an experienced professional. Based on other reviews here, I called Elite.
Jon, our technician, arrived well during the allotted time that was scheduled for us. He was always courteous, and promptly demonstrated his experience by methodically doing an expert and thorough job  without rushing or cutting corners. He made the proper adjustments with repeated testing until the door worked flawlessly. His methodical approach was very reassuring, as well as the fact that all the work is backed by their guarantee.
I now have a renewed faith in knowing that there are still some service outfits out there that will do clean, honest work with the courtesy and respect that are hard to come by these days, and all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
