Eric was great. He came for a quote 6 months ago and I called him back recently to hire him. He came as scheduled within 3 days of my call. He was on time, looked and acted professionally. The project took longer than expected because of the width of our HDMI cables. It was difficult to drill so many holes for the 2 thick cables that had to be pulled on the fireplace wall. There were 5 patches in the wall to complete the project. He apologized for so many patches. I expected there would have been more given the complexity of relocating the receptacles on a perpendicular wall and having to drill through all of the framing behind a fireplace. He even had a partner handle another prescheduled inspection so he could finish our job. I know he prefers larger industrial projects - but I'll still call him again if we have a need.

I thought that he was very nice. He came in and did the job he said he was going to do for the price he said he would do it for. It took him longer to do the job than he thought it would. He had to cancel an appointment to finish the job. When he gave me the bill, he inflated the price and then discounted it. That was my only problem.
