First I would like to say that I am the right man for the job. I never cut corners: I roll primer to ensure it gets in the cracks and groves, I use caulking after primer and test paint to ensure adhesion. These things sound simple but after 10 years in the trade you would be surprised by what I have seen by blow and go painters. I am a small business and I work alone which allows me to beat most bids, saving the customer on man labor. I work efficiently without sacrificing high quality. Then finally apply paint. I clean each day and clean windows at the end of each job., powerwash if needed, prime, scrape
