They have a 365 day 'trial' period that their website claims you can return the mattress for any reason during that trial period. I purchased the mattress in February and realized the bed started sagging and giving me severe back pain. The returns phone number(855-908-1293) just rings and rings, no one ever answers. The online customer support doesn't return your emails or responds to your questions. The only way to get through is via chatline, which you are in a long queue and wait times take hours. When I finally reached someone after waiting 3 hours, I was given instructions to send pictures of bed with tags, while I was sending the pictures, I was disconnected and had to go back and wait another 3 hours to chat with someone else to see if they received the pictures I sent, of which they said they did not receive them. I resent the same pictures and asked the person to stay on the chat this time so I wouldn't have to wait in line, again I was disconnected. She did respond via email to tell me she received the photos but if I could send them in a bigger jpg format. Unbelievable. I resent bigger pictures. No response. Worst customer service ever. This company is not reputable. Dreamcloud is made by Resident Homes, founded by 3 guys, a company out of San Francisco that has no official address, no phone number, no integrity.
