Doordash

My school district issued my student and I a per diem while on a school trip. As the hotel at which we stayed was surrounded by homeless people, I thought it wise to have our meal delivered. The restaurant from which I ordered had Doordash as the integrated delivery service. The order was cancelled forty-five minutes after ordering. Although I was waiting in the hotel lobby, the driver could not find me and returned to the store. I called the Customer Service number and was assured I would receive the second order. I didn't. The excuse was the wrong driver picked up the order. Instead of ensuring the order was to be re-delivered, it was cancelled outright. I must now wait up to a week for a refund.
