I called around 10:00 am to check for availability on a Friday. After checking with the boss, they were able to arrange for a 4:00 pm appointment that day. They called promptly at 4:00 pm to check that we were home. The repair person was a little bit funny. He did not come up and ring the door bell, but had his office call to tell us he was outside. He was quick with the work and the door opens much smoother than it did in the past. I would use them again.

They came right away, it broke at 7pm on the weekend. I like them very much. They were wonderful! I was fortunate because Tony was in the Sunset Area. He said he would come in 15 minutes and he came in 15 minutes. Tony and Don are both wonderful. They were very polite and professional. The office manager, Joseph, should get an A+ for the way he speaks with customers.

I don't remember looking them up on Angie's List. I've used them in the past for other jobs. They do some good work for me. I've used them several times over the years. They are very professional, very good, super clean and super efficient. There are no surprises, which I hate. I've had good experiences. I would recommend them to other people. I've never checked Angie's List to see if they were out there. I would give them an A+ on their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. There was a problem and they fixed it. I've had no problems with them at all.
