Dono The Clown

Next day my daughter's eye turned red and we realized she had hurt her eye more than we thought. We took her to the DR's office to make sure she was ok. I called the clown to tell him that he needed to cover the DR's cost and if he was insured for liability he said don't call me again I am not paying for anything. So I put a hold on the check I gave him. He sent me a letter stating he will take me to court. So I decucted the dr's payment, sent him initial bill and balance amount by check. He sent me court notice stating that I did not pay him for the services. We went to mediation to  settle the dispute I paid him the amount plus court fees All of this while I was taking my daughter to eye specialist and she was still treating he wanted to take me to court.. My daughter;s eye is still hurting and she is still treating for this. Also, his insurance did contact me after all this. This clown, did not even apologize when I met him at mediation about hurting my 5 year old daughter instead his wife said what is the big deal. I don;t know what kind of human being does that to a child. He should definately not be in this business. I have written reviews on various websites that he is listed on. He  keep's deleting his posting and the re-register's so that my reviews don't show up.
