Home Building
Design Line, led by CEO and Founder Andrew McHale, built our home in 2007. These photos show what the north wall of that home looks like today when you remove the siding. I sent the photos to McHale and asked him to please speak with our new contractor. Here, in its entirety, is his response: "I reached out to my attorney to discuss the issue with him. Jeff advised that the project is complete over ten years and is outside of the statute of limitations. I've attached his contact information if you'd like to reach out to him for more information." I sent a follow-up email, reiterating my request but never received a reply.
