Design Line, led by CEO and Founder Andrew McHale, built our home in 2007. The photos below show what the north wall of that home looks like today underneath the siding. Our history of problems with the house began well before we even moved in and have continued to date. I sent the photos of the rotted wood to McHale. Here, in its entirety, is his response: "I reached out to my attorney to discuss the issue with him. Jeff advised that the project is complete over ten years and is outside of the statute of limitations. I've attached his contact information if you'd like to reach out to him for more information."
