I hired Dawson + Clinton to remodel my kitchen. In comparison to the other projects they work on mine was a very small job, granted it was a whole demo, restructuring, electrical, plumbing and rebuilding in a 100 year old bldg, but that said I never felt that I was not important or overshadowed by other clients paying more. They presented the entire design and materials to be used and I loved it! The D+C staff have an incredible eye for design and function and really provided me with many options to choose from. I loved the team that handeled my project, they were always willing to go the extra mile, working overtime if need to meet the deadlines. I never felt like my decisions or ideas were not heard or understood, the team was very straight forward and always listened and provided me with options. I had a deadline for the project to be done and the team was here working till 10pm to get it all done. I highly recommend D+C and would be happy to use them again. I have seen some of their other projects and its wow!!!

Dawson & Clinton General Contractors did a beautiful job on our home. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Their onsite workers arrived on time and were very well kept. They were also very considerate of not dragging dirt into our house and of our baby's nap times. The foreman kept us up-to-date on our project on a daily basis and the partners were readily available for any unforeseen issues that arose. When we bought our house, our baby was 3 months old and I had just gone back to work, so it was a very stressful time for our family. We knew the house needed the construction work and we needed a general contractor who could understand what we were going through and work with us on getting the project done smoothly. Having just had a baby a month after we did, one of the partners, Paul Dawson, completely understood our needs and made sure that his team took extremely good care of us. We were very pleased with their work and would hire them again.
