He was good! top of the line! He was out here for a couple of days. He pressure washed the wooden porch and coated it with water proof coating. He did our whole house and windows, as well as our back yard, patio and brick patio.

I had to have them back because they didn't do the job satisfactorily.  They did come back to do it, but they were overpriced, even if they had done the job well.

"I want to state that we have never serviced Member, I have looked multiple times in our hard copy files from past years, our computer database and have even went to the length of asking the owner of Crystal Clear Window Cleaning and Pressure Wash Services if he remembers her name and/or her house (as I had printed a copy of her house from Google Earth). They were prompt and professional.  Did a great job on the exterior and even power washed the driveway for us at no additional charge.

We also hired them to clean the interior windows in one of the duplex units.  They only cleaned the glass and not the window tracks, so we'll skip the interior cleaning next time.  We will definitely use them again for the exterior cleaning.

The owner Joe Valesquez did the work and he was very professional, courteous and arrived on time. He did an excellent job. The person who came several days before the work was done to give us an estimate arrived on time and afterwards setting the appointment with the office via phone was quick and efficient.

Crystal Clear started the project on time and completed on target, as I was going out of town and needed to have the job completed prior to my departure so that upon my return, painting could be performed immediately. Windows were cleaned, floors washed and the disruption was minimal to me or my neighbors. The workers were safety-conscious and set out clearly marked areas for people to see. The workers and owner were courteous and checked in on a regular basis from the beginning. The company even washed the porch on the front of the house, which was not under contract, but heard my wife make a comment and decided to wow us without asking. Once the project was completed, they cleaned up and left everything the way they found it. Very pleased with the services and fair price provided by Crystal Clear.
