COUNTY ROOFING CO

Scheduled an appt. on 12/10/06 with County Roofing to have roofer come out to look at patching a leak in my roof. I called on 12/11/06, asking for a faxed quote. Rec'd a call back on 12/12/06 and provided my fax number to Jae. On 12/28/06, I still had not received a quote. I called Jae and he apologized, asking for my fax number again. On 12/29, I was sent the quote. Jae called to see if I had received the fax and to tell me that the work could be performed 12/30. I called to ask for a break-down of time/materials. I called again on 12/30/06 and left another unreturned msg. I called on 1/2/07 and asked when patch could be done, was told Jae would call. I called on 1/5/07 and left msg. Jae called back and said he could not give time/materials, and that no contractors work that way. He said he could not give me a time when work could be performed, and that my job was too small and that I should talk to another company to help me with the work, then he abruptly hung up on me.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY TIDY DURING THE JOB AND THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THE ROOF IS NOT FINISHED, THEY ARE WORKING ON IT NOW. THEY ARE EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB SO FAR. I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
