COMPUSA DID A REALLY GREAT JOB WITH MY COMPUTER. THE REPAIR PEOPLE ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE.

I WENT TO COMPUSA TO GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE END THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WORSE. THE COMPUTER TECH'S ARE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE I HAVE BEEN.

THEY DID NOT FIX THE ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT THE COMPUTER HAD. THEY JUST FIXED PART OF THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE SO HARD TO REACH THE FIRST TIME THERE WAS AN ISSUE, WE DECIDED THAT WE WOULD JUST CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT.
