Comcast is difficult to deal with and the customer service is often lacking, but once everything is set up and running, things are excellent. High speed Internet is far better than ATand T. There used to be better deals for $20/mo, but those seem gone.

I called Comcast to report the problem. I was referred to a technician. She suggested a couple of things that we tried without success. Then she did a complete re-set of the cable box and our cable modem. Once that was done everything came back without issue.

Install good, good techs each time.
LOUSY billing, They over charged, did not honor the orig promised pricing.
Took 2 months of calling to get it fixed. WATCH your bill.
The X1 box is flakey. Needs to be reset occsionally. I have had it swapped, but that meant losing lots of recorded programming as they could not move it. Remember, the box was broken, so it said it transfer, but did not.
I say would use again if that is my only option above DSL and Dish. No love for Comcast.

I went to the store and there was a line out the door. We switched over to them from our previous provider. I had to return our modem because we were being charge for it but they did not tell us. We were being double billed because nobody told us we had to return the modem. They finally sent a technician out and he was excellent. But it took him over two hours to rework our cable connections so everything was working.
