This hardware store is all around a great place to shop! Not only do they have everything we need but they also give you a very fun and personal experience when you shop there. They have events and demos there along with small little touches like free popcorn and treats to draw you in and make for the best experience possible. I really enjoy shopping there.

We needed a circular saw for a quick home project. I used their request function on their website (be scrappy), and when we didn't get a confirmation, I called the store to check availability. They took my number and called back as promised to confirm that they had the tool ready to be rented. Their customer service is always exceptional.

What I really like about them is they really know your merchandise. They will deliver for free. They have anything you need. They will recycle batteries and old electronics.

Cole Hardware is a great store overall. While their stores are tiny compared to big-box stores, somehow they manage to shoehorn virtually everything one might need into their small stores. The shelves are very organized and are packed with merchandise. The prices are fair, and the sales staff are generally very helpful and can help you find what you need. They usually have specialists that can listen to what the needs of your project are, and they can then help you figure out what you need. They also have an extensive referral network, which I've used to mixed results. My only complaint is that they sometimes have a long line in the stores, or you might have to wait awhile to get someone to help you.
