Cleanerific

They were two hours late, and I had another appointment when they arrived. He asked if it was complete, and I said the inside of the kitchen cabinets were still dirty. It only takes a few minutes. I walked them through a few things they hadn't done. There was still a stain on the floor too. They got offended, got upset, and called the company about me. They told me that they hadn't been told to do it. I let it go, but the manager told them to go back and finish it.

They did a good job as far as dusting, waxing, and mopping. I just wish the other parts were better. I wouldn't mind the company again, but not the same two ladies.

I couldn't be happier with this service. The quality of the work has been great, and their business model is one that's easy to support. They usually send a crew of 2-3 workers, and they're able to clean our 108 year-old house in less than two hours--and they do a great job. We've found the workers to be very reliable and trustworthy. One time we had a crew that wasn't familiar with our home, they used some products that had a negative (temporary) effect. The folks in the office were incredibly apologetic and that particular crew has not been back to our home. I much prefer using a service that is licensed, bonded, insured, and provides their employees with health insurance. We'll be using cleaneriffic for as long as they'll be around.

Overall cleaning is satisfactory. They always abide by your request. May need reminders to look into corners. Most importantly, they are trustworthy. I have had monthly servicing with them for years.
