Cleaned vacation rental well. The cleaner speaks virtually no English, which has been only a minor issue. My only real issue with Claudia's service is that I have repeatedly asked for a W-( form as this is a business. This was a condition upon hiring. Every time I ask, I am told it will be forthcoming -- after six weeks, I still haven't seen one. I will have to discontinue using this service.

I had to fire this company... The problem is that they did a fantastic job... when they showed up. On two occasions they did not show up at all. The were ALWAYS at least 30 min late. The last time they were supposed to come I waited 1hr 45min for someone to come and I had to leave. I found the owner to be almost disinterested in their punctuality, never ever apologized, and offered and excuse something to do with muni. If you have all day to sit around waiting for someone to show up this is your company. Again the cleaning was good but if you want someone to be on time look elsewhere.

She is absolutely incredible. The work she does is unbelievable. I was looking for someone on Angie’s List and my daughter told me about her. She is absolutely amazing. She charge by house and also sometimes it is hourly basis.
