Chris Earley Construction

The overall experience was comfortable and productive. To keep the budget down, I worked as helper with Chris on some of the project, having a Homeowner's D-I-Y knowledge of simple construction.  It was gratifying and enlightening to see his knowledge of carpentry and woodworking, to observe tricks of the trade, and his care in doing the job properly. If there was an aspect to the project he was unfamiliar with, he would research the process, talk to experts, and make recommendations. I especially appreciated his decisions on rental and use of equipment and his management of day laborers.  In addition, much of the project was decided on and planned in progress, and his input was essential on figuring out cost, time, and function.  After the main project was finished Chris helped us with some finish work in the house, and we plan to hire him for some future renovation projects.
