Excellent overall. I came in to the showroom with a good idea of what features and possible models I wanted. The salesperson, Peter, was experienced and helpful and was able to provide us some guidance. No hard sells, which appeals to me. This is a no-frills place with a long history and excellent selection of models. We selected a model that required ordering from L.A. We were able to schedule installation about 10 or 12 days later. They arranged the installation and that went smoothly. Good, careful workers, punctual, professional and kind who did the job well and without damaging my new floor.
