CHARLES SCHWAB'S REPRESENTATIVES LACK THE BASIC FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE TO PROCESS THE SERVICES FOR WHICH I HIRED THEM. AFTER SEVERAL MISTAKES BY THEIR EMPLOYEES, WHICH COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE ''SORRY.'' GETTING PHONE CALLS RETURNED IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ANSWERING THE PHONES NEVER KNOW THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND THE SPECIALISTS NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS ONCE YOU GET THROUGH THE FIRST LEVEL OF REPRESENTATIVES. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BARE BONES, ASSEMBLY LINE FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU MAY BE SATISFIED.
