Tom works well with condo boards, permitting, and inspectors. He kept our project moving forward. His work is excellent and he happily attends to the inevitable fine tuning when a project is finished.

Tom Gust and his son Derek did a truly fabulous job. They were very responsive to any problems or concerns I had, and they offered great advice about places to shop for materials (which I sorely needed). Tom and Derek were also very helpful with design questions for which I am especially grateful. I recommend Cepheus Builders quite highly and I will use them again should I have the opportunity.

Everything went well. Tom coordinated with the HOA, the City permit department and sub contractors. He's not the cheapest but he was worth what I paid for. I would hire him again and recommend him to other people.
