Their work has always been excellent. I'm most impressed with their integrity. They actually told me that work was not necessary, which was more in my financial interest than theirs.

The electrician arrived on time. Outlets required extensive work since they were going on the first level of a 1920's flat. Separate lines had to be run along the ceiling of the ground level garage up into the first level, drilling through the floor and cutting out holes in the thick wooden baseboards. Electrician was able to place the outlets right where they were needed. Work was done in a professional manner and looks great. Electrician took steps to keep area clean and cleaned up after he finished.

They came out and did the work fine. The outlet works properly and it looks like it belongs where it was installed, which is nice. They performed a very clean installation and were very professional about it. I would use them again for this service. I thought the price was not bad, but not great either.

I talked to 3 people, receptionist, Jim Reed and person that came to do the work. No one told me that I could not use a credit card, they said they would bill me. Once I received the bill I called to pay by credit card and that was when they let me know that they didn't accept them. I am mailing them a check. As far as the job itself, they were fixing a one light bulb fixture above the sink, they only had a larger fixture with 2 light bulbs which I felt I needed to except because I was being charged $108 an hour minimum I didn't want to go into the second hour in order to go get another light fixture. He put in two lower voltage light bulbs which was fine however, someone else will be occupying that bathroom and they might not use those low voltage bulbs when they replace them.
